Peter Bernard
Chair, Barclays USPeter Bernard was Root Capital’s Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to the spring of 2018 before returning to Root Capital’s board of directors, where he also served from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Peter also chairs the board of directors of Barclays Bank U.S. and serves on the boards of Bowdoin College and Massachusetts Audubon Society. He and his wife Susan split their time between Sherborn, Massachusetts and Martha’s Vineyard.
