As a Director in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, I support the COO in ensuring operational excellence across the organization including by overseeing cross-departmental strategic initiatives. A former philosopher turned international development specialist, I’m excited to lend my diverse set of experiences to Root Capital. I’m particularly grateful for the opportunity to partner with farming communities to act on the urgent challenges we face: building prosperity, promoting gender equity, and combatting the impacts of climate change. When not at work, I love to travel, cook, and spend time out and about—especially with a tennis racket, pair of soccer cleats, or basketball in hand!
