Lula Pérez

Lula is responsible for strengthening financial management capacity at small and growing businesses who are current or potential clients of Root Capital in Mexico. Prior to joining Root Capital, Lula drove external evaluation efforts at small enterprises in Chiapas, Mexico and was responsible for developing evaluation methodologies at Center for Research and Action of the Latin American Woman in Chiapas. She holds a B.A. in economics from the University of San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico.
