Lending Operations Director

At Root Capital I manage the systems and tools used by our lending team, oversee our credit training program, and manage projects that improve our credit processes to ensure we’re managing risk while always meeting the needs of our customers. I love finding solutions to problems and seeing these solutions through to implementation, and love seeing when a project I’ve managed makes life easier for our team or our customers. When I’m not working, I love to read, watch and discuss movies, hike, and visit museums. I’m also an avid crafter—embroidery, scrapbooks, and elaborate homemade Halloween costumes being my media of choice!
