As the Global HR Systems Specialist based in Root Capital’s Costa Rica office, I’m in charge of ensuring a smoothly functioning office and providing administrative support to our global team. I joined the Root Capital team after spending a total of ten years working in administration, human resources, accounting and business management. Outside of work, I love to do extreme sports (rafting and skydiving among them!), dancing, or going to see the newest action or superhero movie.
