Gilbert manages technical assistance programs in Peru. Previously, he provided training and technical assistance to coffee producing organizations as part of the Producer Partnership Program developed by Twin Trading and the Peruvian National Coffee Board. He holds a B.S in Zootechnical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
