In her role as a Senior Manager of Credit Administration - Global, Daniela supports the Senior Director of Credit Administration in overseeing the credit admin function worldwide. This includes ensuring documentation and loan closings follow necessary regulations and policies, maintaining documentation templates, departmental procedure manuals and databases of third party service providers, and proactively participating in continuous improvements to policy and procedures. Before coming to Root Capital, Daniela held more than 15 years of experience in the legal field. In her free time, you can find her hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with her dogs.
