As a Junior Associate of Advisory, I support our capacity-building services in South America and around the world. I had the opportunity to study international business and am now studying business administration. I was born and raised in beautiful Lima, Peru. At Root Capital, I am excited for the opportunity to use my creativity to expand access to knowledge and training so that leaders of small- and medium-sized agricultural businesses can develop professional skills and foster growth. In my free time, I like to travel and go out with my friends; I especially love to spend time with my family.
