Yineth serves Root Capital as an Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources department. In this role, she handles information management, expense reports, event logistics, and works to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the HR team. Yineth has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration and Management from Universidad Técnica Nacional. When she’s not working, you can find her listening to music, trying new food and restaurants, and playing volleyball.
