In their role as Senior Director of IT, Virginia provides exemplary leadership to the IT department, and builds relationships across the organization by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services. Before joining Root Capital, Virginia had over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit space, primarily working in technology, data, and operations. Outside of work, you can find them hiking with their family, running, and coaching youth soccer/football teams.
