In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Root Capital, Sole oversees strong, dedicated HR professionals based in Latin America, Africa, and the U.S., manages the employee experience, and builds organizational capacity. She is convinced that people drive an organization’s success. She endeavors to create a trustworthy environment where everyone feels safe to be themselves and do their best. In her role, she engages teams across the organization to create a shared vision.
Sole is an International HR & DEI professional with a strong business focus and hands-on approach cultivated over more than 25 years in diverse industrial and services sectors. She influences the organization’s leaders and culture through empathy and strong, agile leadership. Having worked and lived in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America allowed her to develop a strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability. She has a track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, team building, and change management with a clear focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Sole has a degree in Human Resources from the Argentine University of Enterprise (UADE). She also holds various certifications, including a DEI certification from Cornell University, a Gallup’s Global Strengths Coach certification, and an Agile HR Practitioner certification. Sole is bilingual in English and Spanish.
