I am the go-to guy for reporting, coordinating between our field staff and grant management team to ensure that our funders receive timely, accurate updates on the work they support. Prior to joining the Root Capital team, I worked as a supports navigator for a social services provider in Minneapolis that focused on connecting the city’s Latino communities with government benefits. In my role at Root Capital, I enjoy honing my writing skills and continuing to practice Spanish in an organization with a mission and approach that I admire. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me exploring a new restaurant or café or riding my bike.
