As a collections and workout officer at Root Capital, I have the opportunity to work across the East Africa portfolio on collections, recovery, and restructuring to support resilience for both our client businesses and Root Capital—ensuring we can all have impact for years to come. I came to Root Capital from a decade of work in the banking industry, excited to serve members of society often excluded from the commercial finance sector. I’m a solution provider and love the challenges my job provides. If I’m not at work, I fill my time with family, cooking, and jogging.
