Milan’s role as Credit Analyst focuses on performing financial analysis, monitoring the use and recovery of credits approved for Central America and Mexico, and identifying relevant aspects or alerts that lead to possible non-compliance, as well as recommending preventive measures. Milan holds an MBA in Finance from ITCR and prior to joining the Root Capital team, had over 20 years of professional experience in banking, finance, and consulting. When he’s not at work, you can find him playing four-at-a-time online chess, board games, and strategy games with friends and family.
