Mayra Alejandra serves Root Capital as ACRA Coordinator, strengthening and developing the growth of agricultural businesses with a focus on agronomic advice and climate resilience. In her role, she identifies the training and advisory needs of our clients, addressing weaknesses and promoting potential opportunities for resilience to climate change. Before joining the Root Capital team, Mayra Alejandra worked several years in agricultural risk assessment. In her free time, you can find her eating, hiking, practicing pole sport, or relaxing at home.
