Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager for Mexico & Central America, Marco supports the growth of Root Capital’s Credit and Advisory portfolio by developing and managing relationships with allied organizations, generating leads, conducting research on products, industries and new geographies, and contributing to marketing campaigns in those regions. He also manages regional initiatives that seek to improve customer service, attract new customers, or understand new markets or impact opportunities. Before joining Root Capital, Marco worked for over a decade as a Lending Manager for North and Central America at Shared Interest Society Ltd. Outside of work, you can find him hiking one of the many beautiful Costa Rican mountains.
