Lucía Cruz

I’m responsible for supporting the operations and administration of Root Capital’s trainings in Mexico and Central America, working with our advisory team to ensure that training workshops run smoothly and that data is recorded accurately. I enjoy working with Root Capital’s advisory team, because I get to personally see how much the staff of our client businesses learn. I was born in San Cristóbal de las Casas, where Root Capital’s Mexico office is based; outside of work, I like to spend time with my family in the beautiful city where I grew up.
