Laura Gordillo

As Global HR Operations, Laura leads HR and Admin functions and teams for Root Capital, and serves as head and legal representative for Root Capital’s Mexico office. Previously, she worked with Dermac AC, a smallholder producer organization, overseeing business development projects. She also served as manager of a national chain of hardware stories in Mexico. She holds a B.A. in economics from the Autonomous University of Chiapas.
