Kat serves Root Capital as a Global Learning and Development Specialist. In her role, she supports the implementation of Talent and Culture initiatives and assists with creating and delivering training. She is responsible for training logistics and impact measurement. Before joining the Root Capital team, Kat spent over seven years designing and delivering top-notch learning solutions that cater to diverse audiences. Her expertise spans across technical writing, instructional design, facilitation, project management, and learning management systems. Outside of work, you can find her doing a wide variety of crafting, including crochet, knitting, embroidery, sewing and more.
