As a Deputy General Counsel, Pablo is responsible for building and maintaining regional office legal functions, focused on both corporate governance matters and programmatic legal advice. He is the primary contact for, and manager of, the provision of legal services for the Latin American region. Prior to joining Root Capital, Pablo had over 10 years of experience advising national and transnational companies in contract law and regulatory affairs, legal risk mitigation and litigation. When he’s not working, you can find Pablo enjoying time outdoors, including hiking, camping, gardening, horseback riding, and cycling.
