As a Risk Analyst, Jessica ensures adequate risk management, including the identification of borrowers exposed to credit risk, analysis, and taking preventive or corrective measures in compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prior to joining Root Capital’s team, she had over ten years of experience in credit risk management and financial analysis. Outside of work, she enjoys running, classical music, and nature hikes.
