As Deputy Project Manager, Janine oversees technical implementation, performance monitoring, and finance and operations of projects, coordinating with both internal and external teams. She handles reporting and shares information with relevant stakeholders. Before joining Root Capital, her experience included more than 15 years in agriculture and rural development projects in Honduras. She is well-versed in Honduran agricultural policy and has contributed to various donor projects in the development of the national coffee sector. Outside of work, her favorite activities include staying home, walking with her pets through the forest, birdwatching, and growing vegetables and fruits for her kitchen.
