Human Resources Associate, Africa

As Human Resource Associate in Africa, Jael helps to ensure HR is running smoothly by helping to interview candidates, onboarding new employees, and ensuring staff is fully supported. Jael grew up in Kisumu, one the shores of Lake Victoria. She graduated from Strathmore University with a degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing. In her role at Root Capital, Jael is excited to be part of an organization that is driven by the change it wants to see in the world. In her spare time Jael enjoys cozying up to a good movie or TV show.
