Strategy Operations Associate
As the Strategy Operations Associate, Ivannia develops, executes, and monitors Root Capital’s current and future strategic plans. Through knowledge management, content development, and administrative activities, she works across the organization to ensure that her colleagues have the tools they need to continue growing the organization. Ivannia worked as a project manager before bringing her skills to Root Capital. She studied Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness and later did a specialization in Agri-environment at the University of Costa Rica. In her free time, Ivannia is a huge fan of all things cinema and of watching Formula 1 and soccer with her dad.
