In her role as Compensation Manager, Emilia analyzes and improves our compensation philosophy with the objective of providing Root the ability to hire and retain skilled and diverse talent effectively. Working independently, she provides advanced analytical expertise to plan, design, develop, and administer employee compensation and total rewards programs across the organization. In her time before joining the Root Capital team, Emilia amassed more than a decade of experience as a compensation and benefits professional. Outside of work, Emilia enjoys cooking, painting, practicing yoga, and most importantly, spending time in nature with her husband and son.
