Diana serves Root Capital as IND Coordinator, SAM. In her role, she works to identify the training and advisory needs of Root Capital clients. With the regional advisory manager, she identifies clients that will receive advisory services, works with the advisors to present services to the clients, evaluates the feasibility of their participation, and establishes the goals of the services on a client-by-client basis. Prior to joining Root Capital, Diana had a long career in research and project development. She studied forest sciences at the Universidad Agraria La Molina. In her free time, she loves reading, writing, painting, and biking.
