As a Senior Business Analyst, Carrie focuses on how Root Capital teams can work together to achieve their goals. After a failed attempt to become a TV writer, Carrie worked in the technology sector for a number of years, creating processes and driving progress across internal teams like IT, HR, Legal, and Security. Folks at Root Capital can look to her for project management, creative solutions, and help facilitating tough conversations. When she’s not at her desk, Carrie can be found exploring New England with her dog, listening to NPR, or dragging her team’s score down at trivia night.
