In her role at Root Capital, Caroline prepares portfolio level reporting and analysis and maintains some underwriting tools. Caroline was drawn to Root Capital because the organization matches her values and perspective on economic transformation. She studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Alabama, where she also spent a year abroad in Chile. Caroline is a deep dish pizza lover from Chicago. When not working, she spends time cooking, reading, hiking and running with her dogs.
