In his role as a Risk Officer, Africa and Indonesia, Ben works with the regional lending team to provide guidance around underwriting, performance monitoring, and general compliance with lending policy. Prior to joining Root Capital, Ben worked in banking for over a decade, as both a portfolio and credit analyst. In his spare time, he enjoys watching live sports games and spending time with his family.
