Senior Impact Monitoring Manager
As the Senior Impact Monitoring Manager, Ana manages monitoring, evaluation, and learning for Root Capital’s impact-first client services portfolio. By identifying information needs and data collection burdens, she aims to help teams across the organization maximize their data usage and use findings to support improved decision-making. Ana came to Root Capital with several years of experience in impact, evaluation, and learning with organizations like Ceres, Inc. and Sustainable Energy for All. Root Capital’s international efforts to promote economic inclusion and sustainability called her to the organization. Outside of work, Ana spends her time gardening, hiking, and– in the warmer months– swimming in lakes and the ocean.
