Administrative Assistant

Ale serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Office, playing an important role in providing clear information management and administrative support. She interacts with staff, leadership, Board members, major donors, partner and colleague organizations, and others across the organization. Before coming to Root Capital, Ale had more than five years of experience providing efficient and professional support to leaders and organizations in the development sector. Outside of work, Ale enjoys connecting with nature through hobbies like hiking and surfing.
