Aadil Sulaiman
Director, Next Generation Jobs Initiative
As the Director of the Next Generation Jobs Initiative, Aadil’s responsibilities include coordinating Root Capital’s youth strategy globally and across departments, serving as the internal youth “expert” and strategic lead to keep up on topics and trends, and managing partnerships in support of our youth activities and strategy. Aadil has a long career in youth empowerment and youth workforce development and brings many exciting skills to the role. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from Northeastern University and a certificate of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Tufts University through the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. Outside of work, Aadil volunteers and serves on the board of Boston-based nonprofit organizations, plays music, travels, and plays board games.
