As the Global HR Analyst based in Root Capital’s Costa Rica office, she’s in charge of ensuring a smoothly functioning office and providing administrative support to our global team. She joined the Root Capital team after spending a total of ten years working in administration, human resources, accounting and business management. Outside of work, she loves to do extreme sports (rafting and skydiving among them!), dance, or see the newest action or superhero movie.
