After spending eight years as a generalist in human resources, I came to Root Capital inspired by the organization’s commitment to improving the livelihoods of women across Africa through the Women in Agriculture Initiative. I am excited to continue learning and growing as a HR professional in an environment that’s constantly evolving, and to take on innovative projects that will enhance employee development, and engagement. In my spare time, I love to try out different recipes — I like to keep people guessing about what my next masterpiece (or disaster!) will be.
