Robbie leads Root Capital’s Investment and Credit Risk team globally, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery and management of Root Capital's loan portfolio, in alignment with the organization's risk appetite and impact goals. He oversees all aspects of the loan cycle – including credit evaluation, structuring, monitoring, workout, collections, and risk management of the loan portfolio of Agri-SGBs, ensuring these businesses receive the necessary financial support to grow and thrive. Previously, Robbie worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where he performed due diligence for private equity clients and assisted in developing business strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Robbie holds a B.A. in economics from Cornell University.
