As our Senior Manager for Next Generation Jobs, Peter is responsible for crafting Root Capital's strategy around unleashing rural youth's potential in agriculture through stimulating the growth of formal jobs for youth within our clients as well as supporting young entrepreneurs keen on building climate smart enterprises. This work supports both the needs of agricultural businesses and the youth population. Peter brought nearly eight years of managerial experience to this role. In his spare time, Peter loves dancing, traveling to new cities and trying out new foods.
