I currently serve as Regional Program Manager, Administration Lead. With more than 19 years of experience in organizational transformation and business advisory, I specialize in organizational and job design, workforce transformation, and operating model development for both public and private organizations. Throughout my career, I have led and supported medium- to high-complexity local and regional projects, partnering with diverse stakeholders to navigate significant transformation initiatives and deliver sustainable business results. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time in nature, reading books that challenge my perspective, and creating meaningful memories with my family while navigating the rewarding adventure of raising teenagers.
