As a Manager of Business Development, Héctor develops and manages relationships with potential partners, generates leads, conducts research on new industries, geographies and segments; and contributes to marketing campaigns for their region. Before he joined Root Capital, Hector worked in the financial and cooperative system for 15 years. Outside of work, Héctor enjoys traveling, mountain hiking, and a good historical novel.
