In her role as HR Associate, Daniela provides process support, information management, and administrative support to the HR department. She collaborates across the organization to ensure Root Capital staff have the tools and information needed to be efficient, productive, and thrive at work. Daniela has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas – UPC. When she’s not at work, she enjoys playing sports, traveling, walking her dog, drawing and painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
