Dana François is a visionary leader catalyzing philanthropy, innovative finance, sustainable development, and strategic partnerships in Haiti and globally. Kellogg Foundation, Dana steers a $40M economic development portfolio, promoting family economic security through community-driven, sustainable economic and food systems development. Her extensive global network spans indigenous leaders, grassroots organizations, multinational corporations, philanthropic organizations, and international development institutions across the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Dana's future-thinking expertise and poised leadership in rapidly changing environments led her to conceptualize the Haiti Food Systems Alliance and the Haiti Peer-Learning Network. These initiatives unite over 150 global actors, demonstrating her exceptional bridge-building skills and fostering uncommon collaboration toward audacious goals in a rapidly shifting environment. As Board Chair of Haiti's $25M Biodiversity Fund and Chair of Governance and DEI at NEID Global, Dana drives inclusive, modern governance with visionary grit. She transforms these organizations with her superior leadership skills and commitment to the highest stewardship, equity, collaboration, and excellence standards. Dana holds an MBA from Babson College and has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School. Beyond her professional pursuits, she embraces a vegan lifestyle, baking food photography, and cherishes time with her family and community, including her dogs, Myra and Fox.
