As ACRA Coordinator for South America, Arafat strengthens and develops the growth strategy of agricultural companies and promotes in-person or virtual training and advice that positively impacts and generates opportunities for economic growth in the rural agricultural environment. Arafat has more than 13 years of experience in organic and sustainable production standards and working with peasant and indigenous communities in the mountains and jungle of Peru, experience that gives him a broad vision for the sustainable use of natural resources. In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the mountains and forests and having a good cup of tea.
