As a Manager of Finance & Analytics, Annie supports in tracking the organization’s financial and programmatic performance. Whether it’s a quarterly performance report, an internal analysis to guide Root Capital's strategy, or a bespoke data request from a donor, she uses the numbers to tell the rich story of Root Capital’s impact. With more than five years working in data analysis—most recently in the world of microfinance—Annie is grateful for the opportunity to support Root Capital’s mission of expanding financial access for rural businesses. When she's not crunching the latest numbers, you can find her hiking, doing yoga, or gentling her two recently-wild mustangs.
