Gaby serves as Coordinadora GEA - MAC, where she leads gender equity initiatives, providing technical assistance and conducting trainings aimed at empowering women in agriculture. She previously worked as a training consultant and women’s human rights advocate, specializing in social development programs. Outside of work, Gaby loves reading, hiking in the mountains, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
