In her role as a Senior Director of Credit Administration, Sarah leads Root Capital’s global credit administration function, including ensuring documentation and loan closings in accordance with approved loan terms, local regulations, and Root Capital policy and procedures; loan servicing that ensures excellent customer service and compliance with loan terms; and maintenance of legal opinions related to Root Capital's lending activity in each jurisdiction where it operates. Sarah joined the Root Capital team with over 16 years of experience in finance and investments. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new parks and playgrounds with her family.
