Lula Pérez

I am responsible for strengthening financial management capacity at small and growing businesses who are current or potential clients of Root Capital in Mexico. Prior to joining Root Capital, I drove external evaluation efforts at small enterprises in Chiapas, Mexico and was responsible for developing evaluation methodologies at Center for Research and Action of the Latin American Woman in Chiapas. I hold a B.A. in economics from the University of San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico.
