At Root Capital, Lindsay manages the systems and tools used by the lending team, oversees our credit training program, and manages projects that improve our credit processes to ensure Root Capital is managing risk while always meeting the needs of our customers. She loves finding solutions to problems and seeing these solutions through to implementation, and loves seeing when a project she’s managed makes life easier for her team or customers. When she’s not working, Lindsay loves to read, watch and discuss movies, hike, and visit museums. She’s also an avid crafter—embroidery, scrapbooks, and elaborate homemade Halloween costumes being her media of choice!
