Advisory Quality Assurance Manager

As the Advisory Quality Assurance Manager, I help make sure that our global team of advisors have the tools they need to deliver consistent, meaningful trainings that build the capacity of agricultural businesses. With a background in international relations and MBA in social impact management, I have the opportunity at Root Capital to strengthen existing quality assurance processes while rolling out new ones. I enjoy being a part of helping to scale up and maximize our impact in rural communities around the world. When I’m not working on this in the office—or out with clients—I like being in the sun and around the water as much as possible.
