As a Credit Administration Officer, Kimberly supports the risk management team in closing loans across Latin America through the preparation of necessary documentation. She left a ten-year career in financial markets because she was drawn to the mission of Root Capital and our work in vulnerable communities. She is excited to create positive social impact through my work—especially for women and young people. Outside of the office, she takes time to recharge by spending time with loved ones, watching the sunset, dancing, and working out.
