Floribeth Gutiérrez

At Root Capital, I’m in charge of the entire accounting cycle at our Costa Rica office, including cash flow, accounts payable, the revision process, and more. It can be difficult to start working in a new place, but since the day I started at Root Capital, my colleagues have treated me with kindness and respect. I’ve learned a lot in my time at Root Capital, and I hope to keep learning and growing with the organization. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising and spending time with my son!
