IT Operations Manager
After a foray into the NGO world that took me from hospital ships in Madagascar to disaster recovery in Nepal to volunteer firefighting in the Pacific Northwest, I’m excited to join the Root Capital team as IT Systems Administrator. I oversee all levels of technical support for the Cambridge and Africa offices, including the administration of cloud-based systems, user support, vendor management, and policy development. Outside of work, I try to stay active by taking Muay Thai martial arts classes or windsurfing!
